Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy in effect for all Shopcommer Management Packages • Headquarters: Lucknow, India

1. Monthly Management Retainers

Management retainers (e.g., Starter ₹5,000/mo, Ads Management ₹3,000/mo, Combo Plans) cover dedicated human labor, weekly account auditing, and specialized operations work allocated from the first day of the billing cycle. Retainers are billed in advance for the committed period.

2. Cancellation Notice

Clients may terminate ongoing recurring retainers by providing 14 calendar days' written notice before the subsequent billing cycle begins. Upon notice, services will conclude at the end of the active paid cycle without automatic renewal.

3. One-Time Setup & Catalog Feeds

Fees for one-time deliverables (such as bulk catalog uploads, initial account reinstatement appeals, or customized A+ layout designs) become non-refundable once work on the files has commenced.
